This notice describes personal data processing when visiting swissperformance.group and contacting Swiss Performance.

2. Website visits and hosting

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Technical connection data is processed, including IP address, requested page, time, browser and device information, and technical error and security data. This enables page delivery, reliable operation and protection against misuse.

Recipients include the hosting and security providers OpenAI and Cloudflare. Their infrastructure is international; data is also processed outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. OpenAI identifies OpenAI Ireland Limited as the controller for the processing described in its privacy policy for users in Switzerland. 3. Cookies and embedded content

We have not embedded advertising trackers or audience analytics in these pages. Images and fonts are displayed without embedded social media plugins, maps or videos. No ChatGPT account is required for public access.

The security infrastructure uses the __cf_bm cookie to detect automated traffic. According to Cloudflare it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not an advertising cookie. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; this can affect security functions and access to the site. Cloudflare cookie information.

4. Email, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries

When you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide to respond and handle your enquiry. Access is limited to the people responsible and the service providers used for that communication channel. Our email mailbox uses Microsoft 365.

WhatsApp is an external link. Opening it takes you to the WhatsApp/Meta service, which processes communication and usage data under its own terms, including internationally. You can instead contact us by email, telephone or post. 5. Tickets and external links

This website has no checkout of its own. Ticket links open the relevant booking page on swissmusicschool.ch. Booking and payment information collected there is subject to the privacy information and terms shown there. Partner links also open external websites whose operators are responsible for their data processing.

6. Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle and document the matter. Legal retention obligations and the protection of legal claims may require longer retention. Infrastructure data and cookies are subject to the respective providers’ retention rules; the cookie lifetime is described in section 3.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may request access to your personal data and its correction or deletion. Other rights, including objection, withdrawal of consent or data portability, apply where the legal conditions are met. We may require proportionate identity verification to process a request. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Updates
